DPRs & The Mobile App
Daily Progress Records (DPRs) are how we record your hours and make sure you get paid! Submit yours through the HCATF Mobile App to track your program progress and streamline your schedule right from your phone.

- Download the HCATF app to your mobile device and activate your account.
- Log in and click the DPR tile.
- Watch the tutorial to learn how to fill our your form.
- Complete your DPR in the app and submit each month.

Submit By Mail
If necessary, you can submit your DPRs by mail. Be sure to include a self-addressed envelope with your submission.
- Download this form and complete all fields or use a traditional form if you have them on hand.
- Have your employer complete the listed evaluation and sign the form.
- Make a copy for your records (photocopy/take a photo), or include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
- Mail your completed, original form to our address (listed on the top of the form).
Call In for 0 Hours
If you have 0 hours for the month, you can call us to confirm over the phone. You can also report 0 hours in the app or by mail.
- If you have ZERO hours to report, you may call in your hours.

Health Requirements
The Department of Health requires all apprentices and journeyworkers to have certain immunization records on file to attend class. Submit your forms directly to your college (not the HCATF office!). You must submit the required documents in order to register for class.
- Once you’re accepted to the apprenticeship program, get started on your health requirements right away.
- Submit your forms to your community college as soon as possible.
- Remember: your healthcare provider must sign off on your forms – contact them early to avoid any delays.

School Registration
Registration for Spring 2024 is now closed. Stay tuned for Fall 2024 Registration announcements.
- We use RegPack to sign up for classes, except for apprentices on Hawaii Island, who will register directly with their college.
- Apprentices on all islands should still use RegPack for textbook purchases.
- Make sure to submit your health records to your college so you’re eligible to register.

Your Handbooks
As an apprentice, you must adhere to specific responsibilities and obligations outlined in our two program handbooks. When you start your apprenticeship, you receive copies of these and are expected to thoroughly read and maintain a clear understanding of their contents, ensuring full compliance throughout your program.
